
Ingredients
24oz. All purpose flour
3oz. Sugar
1tablespoon Baking powder
2teaspoon Salt
1/2teaspoon Baking soda
24 fl. oz. Milk
3 Eggs, lightly beaten
2oz. Butter, melted
Canola oil, as needed
Preparation
- Sift together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and baking soda into a large mixing bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs and melted butter.
- Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and pour in the milk and egg mixture.
- Lightly whisk the dry ingredients into the wet, stirring until just combined.
- Heat a large saute pan on a medium heat.
- Brush lightly with the canola oil.
- Ladle the batter into the center of the pan.
- cook the pancake until the underside is brown, the edges begin to dry and bubbles begin to break the surface of the batter.
- turn the pancake and cook until the second side is brown.
